· How to care for your succulents - propagation, fertilising, potting mix, watering, pruning, organic control of any pests and diseases.
Rejuvenating your existing succulents.
· Demonstration - creating beautiful bonsai succulents.
· Choosing succulents for use as indoor plants.
· Best succulents for landscaping in dry gardens for both sun and shaded locations.
· Demonstration - home decorating and gift ideas. Making a Terrarium using succulents.
· Demonstration - succulent dish gardens and flower arranging using succulents.
· Growing Rhipsalis, Epiphyllums and succulents for hanging baskets and green walls.
· Q and A session. Finish workshop with any further sales and advice if desired.
Total cost: $49 Also included in the workshop cost, is your choice of 18 cuttings valued at $20 - you will take home your own cuttings propagated on the day in our succulent propagation mix. You will also create a small dish garden or Terrarium to take home & a range of Epiphyllums. Bring along a drink bottle, pen and paper for taking notes, a jacket as it can be cool in the afternoons at Somersby and a small box to transport your plants home.
